I’m going to assume this is an arrange marriage it would be a bit strange otherwise. It might not be exactly what you wanted, I can always re-do it.
Chiba and the rest of Class 3-E are 14-15-years-old in cannon.

Chiba Ryunosuke (Arranged Marriage)
- No one was expecting this
- Not even Koro-sensei who knew everything about everyone’s life.
- Not even Karma could find something to lighten the mood.
- Chiba knew that introducing his s/o to the class would cause some questioning.
- Arranged marriages aren’t very common at this age so it shocked the class very much.
- Most of them would be very shocked but nevertheless, they would support him and his fiance.
- They would be skeptical of this relationship as they seemed to be very young and the parents in question would raise a few red flags.
- Chiba seemed fine with it, as well as the girl so… hopefully they wouldn’t need to worry so much.
- Korosensei and the other teachers would pull him aside and ask a few questions regarding their families.
- It was bit restricted by the parents as their choices on life partners had been taken away as well as a high chance of marital problems.
- They would eventually let him go but continue to monitor him for any signs of familiar problems as well as the young girl.
- Irina would definitely relate to the young one and try and help her. She’s not about to just let her future be determined by someone else.
- Karasuma would also check up on Chiba’s family.
- The rest of the class would help and support Chiba if he needed it and the girls would totally become friends with his fiance and give her hints and advice regarding her relationship.
- The class would pretty much just adopt her and become her parents.
- Chiba would be very happy.
- He would even give them one of his rare smiles!
